Refund and Returns Policy

At Nazzal Drug Store, customer safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health-related products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original, sealed packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Prescription medications
  • Over-the-counter medicines
  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Medical products once unsealed

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side

Exchanges

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we may offer an exchange, depending on product availability.
